Member Notice: Scheduled Maintenance to SEPA Instant Payments Service

RTE Credit Union wishes to advise members of planned maintenance being carried out by our payment services provider, Nexi.

As part of this scheduled maintenance, the SEPA Instant Payments service will be unavailable from 1:00am to 6:00am on Saturday, 13 June.

During this period, members will still be able to make electronic payments; however, payments will be processed via standard SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) rather than SEPA Instant Payments.

The maintenance has been scheduled outside normal business hours to minimise any impact on members.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
